A mammoth and somewhat controversial proposal to redevelop the longtime site of the Austin American-Statesman and bring downtown's skyline across Lady Bird Lake in earnest will be in the spotlight again on Sept. 1. The developer behind the proposal is the same one that brought The Domain to life.
