Austin-based Randolph Todd Development and Illinois-based Crown Community Development are teaming to build Meyer Ranch, a 691-acre, single-family housing development in northwest New Braunfels.
The project, at State Highway 46 and South Cranes Mill Road, will have nearly 1,600 homes at full build-out. Phase one homes will start in the $200,000s.
