Tempe-based Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery, a sports bar concept known for its scantily clad waitresses, is set to be acquired by Jacksonville, Florida-base ARC Group Inc. (OTC: ARCK).
ARC owns, operates and franchises a restaurant chain concept named Dick’s Wings & Grills, which mostly exist in northern Florida and Georgia.
The acquisition amount was not disclosed.
