Austin taps McKinsey for $2.5M contract to improve site plan review process


Austin City Council has approved a $2.5 million contract with management consulting firm McKinsey meant to jumpstart reforms to the city's site plan review process. The end goal: to make the process more efficient and lower housing construction costs.
