Those heading back to the office for the first time since the onset of the pandemic will undoubtedly notice fewer options in downtown Minneapolis for a business lunch beyond the fast-casual options in the skyway. But more full-service restaurants are revisiting the midday meal ahead of an anticipated return of more workers this fall.
Manny's Steakhouse, historically one of downtown's top power-lunch spots, began breakfast and lunch service again on Monday.
