Baird agrees to $15M settlement in SEC probe into electronic communications


Robert W. Baird & Co. said it enhanced its compliance procedures and agreed to pay a $15 million settlement to resolve a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission case alleging the firm violated SEC rules via “widespread and longstanding failures to maintain and preserve electronic communications.”
