Ballpark Commons team and former Mandel exec create development firm with projects in Franklin, Cudahy

Former Mandel Group Inc. president Ian Martin founded a new development firm with the leaders of Ballpark Commons in Franklin, and the team has about 1,500 apartments already in the pipeline.
