William K. Busch Brewing Co.'s new brewery and distillery, to be built on Blue Heron Farm in Defiance, Missouri, is expected to be complete in spring 2020, company officials said Monday.
The St. Charles County Council in late November approved the development and construction of the project.
The new facility will be located at 4151 Benne Road on Blue Heron Farm near Busch Wildlife on the old Bridlespur Hunt Club property, officials said.
