Bank of America, other financial giants discuss refund plan for Zelle customer fraud victims


Bank of America, JPMorgan and Wells Fargo are among banks in discussions about refunding customers who were scammed through Zelle, a peer-to-peer payment system owned by seven of the nation's major financial institutions.
