Baptist Health plans to build a "comprehensive health campus" in Nocatee on a 12-acre parcel north of Preservation Trail and east of CrossTown.
The development will include a primary care office, specialty care and wellness programming. It is expected to break ground in early 2019.
Health and safety programming will be provided by The Players Center for Child Health at Wolfson Children's Hospital.
The Baptist Primary Care office at 98 Nocatee Village Drive will relocate to the new building.
