City Barbeque CEO on innovations, hiring, pricing


The Covid-19 pandemic has only sharpened City Barbeque.

The Dublin-based restaurant chain is ready to grow again with new restaurant formats and learnings from the past few years that new CEO Mike Muldoon said have made the business stronger today than it was before.

“We were fortunate that a lot of pre-pandemic investments proved to be right,” Muldoon told Columbus Business First. “We were well positioned for the growth of off-premise dining.”
