The second of a pair of transactions announced in April has closed – a move that changes Triangle Capital Corporation’s name, along with the ticker symbol it’s had since becoming a public company in 2007.
The Raleigh investment firm is now known as Barings BDC, trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the BBDC ticker.
