Cincinnati eliminates some parking requirements in the West End


The approximately 6,000 residents of the West End have only one choice inside their neighborhood if they want to eat at a dine-in restaurant. The neighborhood hopes to change that, in part, by removing parking requirements in its sparsely occupied business district.
