Minneapolis was well represented on the third-annual Good Food 100 Restaurants list thanks in large part to restaurateur Kim Bartmann.
Eight of the nine restaurants operated by Minneapolis-based Bartmann Group made the list released Oct. 18, which highlights restaurants across the U.S. that are making efforts to purchase environmentally sustainable and locally produced ingredients. The three other local restaurants on the list were Common Roots Café, Birchwood Cafe and Gardens of Salonica.
