A South Carolina company is seeking to rezone a 30-acre parcel in Clarksville to allow for the development of 330 apartments, a retail and entertainment district, a hotel and a baseball stadium. The project is set to come before the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission later this month.
