After an extensive renovation and the addition of a private cocktail lounge, a 1920s property in Bay View that previously housed a string of family-owned businesses is on the market for $1.27 million. At one time, it was the site of a sugar-distributing company that reportedly sold to bootleggers, including Al Capone.
