Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative plans housing complex in north Minneapolis


A nonprofit developer's plans to build a four-story complex in north Minneapolis will receive consideration from the Minneapolis Planning Commission next week.

Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative wants to demolish a one-story commercial building at 1826 Emerson Ave. N and replace it with 40 units of affordable housing, according to plans submitted to the city.
