Bedrin buys Hunt Village shopping center in Greensboro


The Bedrin Organization paid $2.89 million for Hunt Village shopping center at 5000 High Point Road in Greensboro from the Wrennovation Companies, a commercial real estate investment and management firm in Jamestown.

The New Jersey-based, family-owned Bedrin now owns nine Triad shopping centers.

The sale of the 31,268-square-foot center, which has only a single 1,040-square-foot vacancy, closed Thursday.
