One of Birmingham's largest homebuilders is launching a new development community with a new model house off U.S. 280.
Newcastle Homes will host a model home grand opening at Griffin Park at Eagle Point April 19. The new subdivision is located at the former Eagle Point Golf Club site in Eagle Point.
There are 30 homesites available in the first phase of the project. An additional 93 sites in will become available over two phases in the future.
