Bibuta sushi food truck expanding to Minneapolis skyway


A sushi food truck is opening a store in Minneapolis’s skyways.

Bibuta, a food truck specializing in sushi burritos and poke bowls, announced on Facebook it would open a brick-and-mortar location in Gaviidae Commons this fall. The Star Tribune first reported the news and has more details.
