The conversations that Wichitans of different backgrounds and opinions have had during the One Small Step project have tried to make the pairs realize their similarities are just as important as their differences.
Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce chair Damon Young likens those opinions to what behavioral social scientist Arthur Brooks describes as a bouquet of flowers.
