More than $230,000 in tip money that was illegally distributed to managers at Black’s Barbecue restaurants has been repaid to the rightful people. Owners blame a human resources error after changes to federal labor laws: "When we were advised of the change, we happily and gladly issued those supplemental checks on the current law, and we were glad to do that."
