The Blackstone affiliate, BRE IMC ADAC LLC, completed the acquisition Nov. 9 for the 16.5-acre property in the Buckhead neighborhood Peachtree Hills, according to Fulton County records. The agreement was reported in August. The transaction was later announced in November, but financial details were not released.
