BLT Enterprises leases converted industrial-to-office building for Designworks’s HQ

Securing a 10-year lease of the property, BLT will lease the 16,500-square-foot creative office building to Designworks, the design innovation studio for the BMW Group, as the group’s new U.S. headquarters.
