Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota has eliminated 60 jobs at its headquarters in Eagan, according to a Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development website that tracks plant closings and mass layoffs.
The report of the Eagan layoffs comes about a month after reports of Blue Cross' cutting of 40 jobs at its Virginia, Minn., location.
Blue Cross, Minnesota's largest nonprofit health plan, has about 3,800 employees. Representatives there couldn't immediately be reached for comment.
