Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona has plans to move beyond offering health insurance to handling managed medical care for members, and is building out a network of new medical clinics across the Valley. What's more, the company recently secured a lucrative health insurance contract with a multinational tech giant that is setting up operations in Arizona.
