Blue Sushi Sake Grill sets January opening in Kansas City Power & Light District


Blue Sushi Sake Grill plans to open in January in a vacant Kansas City Power & Light District building.

Omaha-based owner Flagship Restaurant Group announced in February that the location would replace Drunken Fish sometime in 2022. A Flagship spokeswoman confirmed this week that the sushi restaurant now is targeting a mid- to late January opening at 101 E. 14th St.
