Bluetree Café will be the first of three Aoki Group restaurants opening in The Collection, Alexander & Baldwin’s mixed-use condominium in Kakaako.
The first Hawaii Bluetree location opened last year on Kapiolani Boulevard near Doraku, which is also owned by restaurateur and Aoki Group CEO Kevin Aoki. The café also has locations in Miami and Tokyo.
An A&B spokesperson told Pacific Business News that Bluetree is aiming for a fall opening. The new Bluetree will be located along Keawe Street.
