BNY Mellon promotes chief financial officer to lead treasury, credit services


The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation has elevated Emily Portney from chief financial officer to lead its treasury services, credit services, and clearance and collateral management businesses.

Portney will continue serving BNY Mellon (NYSE: BK) as CFO through Jan. 31, 2023, when she is replaced in that role by Dermot McDonogh, who will join the company Nov. 1.
