Memphis’ newly minted public company has assembled its board of directors.
Frontdoor’s board expanded to seven members with the addition of digital media executive Brian McAndrews. Currently chairman and CEO of Grubhub, McAndrews also serves as a board member for The New York Times Co. and Teladoc Health.
