Celebrity chef Bobby Flay is a horse owner and avid horse racing fan, but he considers himself a fairly lousy handicapper.
"I don't handicap for a living; I cook for a living," Flay said inside 21c Museum Hotel in downtown Louisville this morning after preparing a lavish breakfast for 120 Sentient Jet cardholders and other special guests that flew in for the Kentucky Derby festivities.
