Boludo plans new locations in Minneapolis’ Como and Uptown neighborhoods


Argentinian pizza and empanada restaurant Boludo expects to double its footprint in Minneapolis early next year, with two new locations in the Como and Uptown neighborhoods.

Boludo is proposing a 30-seat restaurant at 1519 Como Ave. SE, across from Blue Door Pub and Black Coffee and Waffle Bar. The roughly 1,250-square-foot space was home for decades to Oaks TW Hardware, which closed in March 2021.
