British conglomerate acquires Owings Mills’ IZI Medical Products in $153.5M deal

Owings Mills' IZI Medical Products, a 90-person medical technology company that creates diagnostic and treatment tools for cancer and other diseases, will now be a part of Halma, a British technology company.
