Broad Avenue project lands approval, despite concerns


A large, mixed-use project in Binghampton is well on its way through the approvals process after receiving the Board of Adjustment's go-ahead Wednesday afternoon.

Developer James Maclin is leading the $50 million project, which is currently set to include a 414-unit apartment complex and about 10,000 square feet of commercial space.
