Brothers Khari and Shawn Parker will be serving up chicken and waffles and shrimp and grits inside the renewed and upgraded north shed of Broadway Market.
Connie's Chicken & Waffles is one of five new local businesses set to move into the north shed of the 232-year-old market when it reopens in February, the Parker brothers said Wednesday.
"We're expanding into our third location and we're from Baltimore, so this is an area we haven't tapped into yet," Khari Parker said of the Fells Point community.…
