Developers and investors circle Oakland’s Jack London Square — 1,300 homes on the way

On top of an expanding roster of brewers who have joined a nascent Jack London Brewing District, the area is now seeing an influx of restaurants, co-working spaces, luxury housing and mixed-use projects.
