Brookfield pocket neighborhood plan scrapped for ranch-style condos. Here’s why.


Although multiple city of Brookfield officials have expressed disappointment that the pocket neighborhood won't be moving forward, the city voted Tuesday to rezone the site to make way for a condo development that the developer says is less costly.
