Brookhaven council OK’s Children’s Healthcare’s proposal for a hotel at new campus


The Brookhaven City Council has approved Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's request to rezone nearly four acres on its new campus at North Druid Hills Road and Interstate 85 for an 8-story, short-term stay residential hotel.

The council members voted unanimously Feb. 26 for the rezoning ordinance for 2580 Briarcliff Road to rezone it from RM-85 (Multi-Family Residential) to M (Industrial)
