Brooks-TLC gets village approval on Fredonia hospital


Plans for a new hospital in Chautauqua County took a step forward this week with an approval by the Village of Fredonia.

The Brooks-TLC Health System in January announced it had selected a site in Fredonia on East Main Street just west of Route 60 for a 100,000-square-foot, 29-bed hospital to replace the existing Brooks Memorial Hospital in Dunkirk. The $67 million project has been in the works for several years.
