Builders curtail new home construction in Frisco, Celina, McKinney, Prosper


Home construction starts in the suburbs north of Dallas and Fort Worth are down in most cities compared to a year ago as builders eased off the gas due to fading buyer demand. Some of the declines in home starts are dramatic: Celina, down 42%; Frisco, down 36%; McKinney, down 30%.
