Caledonia Plan Commission recommends approval of 93 residential units near the lake

The Village of Caledonia's Plan Commission approved a 93-unit housing development overlooking Lake Michigan. The Water's Edge Condominium Development was first approved in 2020, but significant changes to the design necessitated further approval.
