Califia Farm gets $50M in funds to expand plant-based drinks


Califia Farms, maker of refrigerated nutmilk, non-dairy creamers and ready-to-drink coffee, said it has closed another round of funding that brought in over $50 million.

The latest round was led by Ambrosia Investments and existing investors Sun Pacific and Stripes Group.

Los Angeles-based Califia, founded in 2010, said it plans to expand its company-owned manufacturing capacity in Bakersfield, California, and further develop its go-to-market capabilities for plant-based milks, non-dairy creamers…
