CASE UNSEALED: Papa John’s founder accuses CEO Ritchie of plotting his ouster


Papa John's International Inc. founder John Schnatter is staying strong in his accusations against the company he once led and the man who leads it now.

The lawsuit Schnatter filed on Aug. 31 against the company, five independent directors and CEO Steve Ritchie has been unsealed, and in it Schnatter doubles down on his accusations that CEO Steve Ritchie orchestrated his ouster to save his own job.
