Catbird Seat chef leaving restaurant

One of Nashville's highest-regarded restaurants will soon see a change in the leadership of its kitchen.

Ryan Poli, executive chef at The Catbird Seat since 2016, will leave the high-profile Midtown restaurant at the end of the year, as will his brother Matthew, the restaurant's beverage director. Tara Tocco, spokeswoman for Catbird Seat owner Strategic Hospitality, shared the news in an email, in which she said the restaurant group would announce Poli's replacement "in the coming weeks."
