The Flying Biscuit Café is the first retail tenant signed on for Australia-based Caydon’s new apartment tower in Midtown.

A Georgia woman was sentenced in Sacramento on Monday to two years in prison for several cases of fraud against casinos and money transfer systems.

Vivian Wang, 55, of Alpharetta, Georgia, was sentenced for wire fraud, credit card fraud and aggravated identity theft, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Sacramento.
