Kansas City's “food deserts” have given way to what some call “food inequality,” with fewer healthy items and less selection available to urban-core shoppers.

Report: Broiled seafood restaurant coming to Triad city
Another seafood restaurant is slated to open soon in the Triad.
According to a report in the Winston-Salem Journal, Crazy Crab & Seafood will open at 1375 Peters Creek Parkway, formerly home to Hero House.
Owner Liming Zhang is renovating the space and plans to open in November, the Journal said.
