McDonald's is pulling a Willy Wonka of sorts.
Instead of giving out golden tickets, though, the fast-food giant is handing out brass-colored coins.

Downtown restaurant and bar to close
A downtown craft cocktail purveyor is closing.
The Blind Lady Tavern at 22 E. Mound St. will serve its last dinners on Aug. 10 and close for good on Aug. 11.
The bar and restaurant announced the news Monday on Facebook.
“It was a good run and we are so unbelievably thankful for our amazing guests and friends that supported us along the way,” the post read. “Hopefully you aren’t too saddened by this news to stop in for one last drink and say goodbye to Blind Lady Tavern. Cheers.”

Smucker to close San Francisco office, lay off as many as 100
The J.M. Smucker Co. is closing its San Francisco office, which it picked up with its $6 billion purchase of San Francisco-based Big Heart Pet Brands in 2015.
The closure is effective Oct. 31 and will involve 100 layoffs, according to a notice that Smucker (NYSE: SJM) filed with California regulators.
