Environment Texas is calling on Whataburger to stop using plastic foam cups.

A new Chicago startup is making a sparkling tea beverage that aims to be the healthy substitute for that afternoon coffee or soda you drink to help you make it to the end of the day.

A closed Burger King site on Folsom Boulevard in Sacramento is making way for a popular purveyor of coffee beverages.

Demolition is underway for the former fast-food restaurant at 5300 Folsom Blvd., for what will be a 2,633-square-foot Starbucks store opening this fall.

Vanessa Errecarte, a spokeswoman for developer and property owner Engstrom Properties, said the project is in line with projects elsewhere by company president Mark Engstrom.

The Minnesota man whose body was found in a beer cooler at SunTrust Park in Atlanta has been identified as the CEO of a company hired to improve beer tap systems at the park's concessions.

The dead man found in the cooler yesterday was identified as 48-year-old Todd Keeling, of White Bear Lake, according to a police incident report provided to Atlanta Business Chronicle. Read the report here.
