Natural foods grocer Lucky's Market is opening its third Central Florida store, with plans to hire 150 workers.
The Niwot, Colo.-based chain, which specializes in organic, natural, gluten-free foods and antibiotic- and hormone-free meat and fresh seafood, will open a 29,000-square-foot store in Hunter’s Creek this fall in the Hunter’s Creek Plaza at 4169 Town Center Blvd.

Mintahoe Catering and Events acquires competitor, gains 1,000-guest event space
Mintahoe Catering and Events has acquired Envision Catering, including the smaller company's 1,000-guest Envision Event Center in Oakdale.
Mintahoe is rebranding the Oakdale facility as Inwood Oaks. The company already has eight exclusive agreements with various venues, and works at numerous other event spaces throughout the Twin Cities.
Mintahoe plans to reopen the Oakdale event center, located at 484 Inwood Ave. N., by mid-July, with a grand re-opening event likely in October.

Earth Fare to hire 130 workers in Orlando
A specialty organic and natural foods grocer is hiring a bundle of workers for its new Lake Nona store.
Fletcher, N.C.-based Earth Fare Inc. is seeking 130 workers and will host a job fair on July 19-21 from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. The job fair will be at GuideWell Innovation Center at 6555 Sanger Road in Medical City.
