Central Phoenix restaurant sells for $4.7 million
The building that houses Celebrity chef Scott Conant’s Mora Italian on the southeast corner of Seventh Street and Montebello Avenue in uptown Phoenix sold for $4.7 million.
The building, which is the former headquarters of Planned Parenthood, is nearly 6,000 square feet, meaning it sold for $780 per square foot. The deal closed May 16.
Chad Tiedeman at Phoenix Commercial Advisors represented the seller, 7th Street/Montebello, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was not disclosed right away.
